You may return the diamond(s) for a full refund or exchange within 30 days following the purchase date of your order. You must contact us prior to the diamond(s) being returned to receive your return authorization code. Shipped items must be returned to us via registered and insured US mail. You may return your purchase for a full refund or exchange with 7 days from the date you receive your order.
